Dahua DB41AB is a Wi-Fi video doorbell with 4 MP resolution (2560 × 1440 px), an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 143° diagonal field of view, and Wi-Fi 6 support.
The doorbell captures highly detailed images thanks to a 1/3" CMOS sensor and a fixed lens with a focal length of 2.3 mm and an aperture of F2.2. The horizontal field of view reaches 120°, and the vertical 66°. Night vision is provided by 2 IR LEDs with a range of up to 10 m. Video is compressed using the efficient H.265 codec, with the doorbell also supporting H.264, H.264H, and H.264B.
The device enables two-way voice communication via a built-in microphone and speaker. Thanks to compatibility with the DMSS (Dahua Mobile Security Surveillance) mobile app for Android and iOS, you can remotely monitor the live view, receive notifications, and communicate with visitors from anywhere. Pairing with the network is quick and easy via Bluetooth.
Motion Detection and Alarms
The doorbell features passive IR motion detection with the ability to define up to 4 rectangular zones. Abnormal sound detection complements visual surveillance with audio analysis of the surroundings and sends real-time notifications.
Image and Night Vision
An automatic day/night switch (ICR) ensures transitions between color and black-and-white mode based on lighting conditions. The DWDR (Digital Wide Dynamic Range) function balances differences in scene lighting. The image can be rotated 180° for non-standard mounting positions.
