Roamii BE Pro represents an advanced mesh solution utilizing the latest Wi-Fi 7 (IEEE 802.11be) standard with support for tri-band connectivity on 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz frequencies. The system achieves combined speeds up to 5764 Mbps thanks to 320MHz channels on the 6GHz band and advanced 4K-QAM modulation. Two nodes in the package ensure coverage up to 557 m² and support for more than 200 connected devices simultaneously.
The system utilizes revolutionary MLO (Multi-Link Operation) technology, which connects multiple frequency bands to a single device for higher throughput and lower latency. Integrated FortiSecu powered by Trend Micro security provides comprehensive network protection, parental controls, VPN, and isolated guest networks. Four 2.5Gbps Ethernet ports and one USB 3.0 port on each node ensure high-speed wired connectivity.
Advanced mesh technologies
The system utilizes 802.11k/v/r standards for seamless roaming between nodes, band steering for optimal device distribution across bands, and automatic configuration of extender units. Backhaul connection between nodes can use wireless connectivity including MLO for maximum throughput.
Comprehensive security and VPN
FortiSecu provides automatic detection and blocking of cyber threats. The system supports VPN client and server in OpenVPN, PPTP, L2TP/IPSec, and WireGuard protocols. WPA3-PSK encryption ensures maximum wireless network security.
Flexible management and modes
Configuration and management is done through the intuitive MSI Router 2.0 app for iOS and Android or web interface. The Find WiFi Spot tool helps find optimal node placement. The system can operate in router or access point mode.
