The unique UI Care service from Ubiquiti, which is currently available only in the EU and the United States, extends the warranty period of selected UniFi products to 60 months.
Claims for these products are then handled directly through the Ubiquiti portal at rma.ui.com for maximum convenience and speed. You also don't need to send back the claimed product until you receive a replacement, and the manufacturer covers the costs of returning the defective unit.
Note:
The number of UI Care services must match the number of units of the product for which you want to apply this warranty (e.g., for 5 devices, you need to purchase 5× warranty extensions).
The UI Care service must be purchased together with the product to which it is to be applied. It cannot be purchased later.
After purchasing the product and UI Care service, claims are handled only by Ubiquiti (rma.ui.com portal).
