The TRM142 model is designed for devices such as alarm systems, older control units, and similar equipment that use serial interfaces for external communication. The modem supports LTE Cat4 connectivity with speeds up to 150 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, ensuring efficient and reliable data transmission for critical applications.
The device features a robust aluminum housing and is built for demanding industrial environments with an operating temperature range from -40 °C to +75 °C. Flexible power supply 9-30 VDC via a 4-pin industrial connector allows easy integration into existing systems.
Flexible Connectivity
The modem offers two connection options – via RS232 with DB9 connector for direct communication with legacy equipment, or via micro USB for a virtual network interface. It supports a wide range of operating systems including Windows, Linux, and Android.
Easy Management and Monitoring
The device is compatible with Teltonika RMS (Remote Management System) for remote management, configuration, monitoring, and FOTA updates. Three status LEDs provide instant information about power, network connection, and mobile signal status.
Industrial Durability
The anodized aluminum housing with IP30 protection ensures reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. Protection against overvoltage, reverse polarity, and voltage spikes safeguards the device from damage.
