PLANET CS6-16PON4C4S4X is a high-performance GPON Optical Line Terminal (OLT) expansion card designed for use with CS-6303R and CS-6306R chassis switches, which serve as backbone routing systems. This expansion card offers 16 GPON ports, 4 Gigabit TP/SFP combo ports, 4 Gigabit SFP ports, 4 10G SFP+ ports, and one management port, providing exceptional scalability and flexible configuration options.
The module complies with ITU-T G.984/G.988 standards and provides high throughput of up to 2.5 Gbps downstream and 1.25 Gbps upstream with a range of up to 20 km. It enables easy installation and management of GPON deployments with up to 1024 ONU and HGU devices, providing a highly efficient GPON solution and convenient management for broadband optical networks.
