Advanced solar MPPT charge controller with integrated LED driver for professional photovoltaic applications.
The Tracer-BPL series solar charge controller combines the functions of an MPPT charge controller and a constant current LED driver in one compact device. Thanks to advanced MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) technology, it achieves up to 30% higher charging efficiency compared to conventional PWM controllers. The 3910BPL model is designed for 12/24V systems with automatic voltage detection and offers a charging current of up to 15 A.
The controller supports both lead-acid batteries (sealed/gel/flooded) and lithium-ion batteries (LiFePO4, Li(NiCoMn)O2) with automatic lithium cell activation function. The integrated LED driver provides an output current of up to 4.5 A with dimming capability and offers multiple load control modes ideal for solar LED lighting.
Advanced control features
The controller offers multiple LED load control modes with dimming settings to optimize energy consumption. The intelligent power regulation function ensures continuous lighting operation for 365 days a year. Temperature compensation of charging voltage -3 mV/°C/2V is active by default for lead-acid batteries.
Comprehensive electronic protection
The device is equipped with a comprehensive protection system against overload, short circuit, overvoltage, overheating and reverse polarity. MPPT voltage range is (Batt. V+2V) to 72 V, output voltage can reach up to (Max. Batt. V +2V) to 80 V.
Applications
Ideal for solar LED street lighting, home solar systems, solar backpacks, solar boats and solar power plants. Compact dimensions of 150 × 93.5 × 32.7 mm and weight of only 0.73 kg allow for easy installation.
