The IT6415NC G3 solar charge controller represents a new generation of MPPT controllers with maximum charging and discharging current of 60 A. It supports automatic system voltage detection 12/24/48 V and offers peak MPPT tracking efficiency of 99.5% with maximum conversion efficiency of 98.6%.
The controller features a robust die-cast metal housing with IP43 protection and supports a wide range of battery types including AGM, Gel, Flooded and Lithium LiFePO4. Maximum input voltage of solar panels reaches 150 V at lowest temperature (138 V at 25 °C), MPPT operating range is from battery voltage plus 2 V up to 108 V.
Advanced Battery Management
The controller supports three-stage charging to extend battery life with temperature compensation of -3 mV/°C/2 V. For lithium batteries, direct communication with EPEVER batteries is available or connection via BMS-LINK module for other manufacturers.
Comprehensive Protection and Monitoring
Built-in protections include reverse polarity, short circuit, overload and overheating protection. The controller records real-time data, stores events and provides energy consumption statistics. Standby power consumption is only 48 mA/12 V, 25 mA/24 V or 14 mA/48 V with communication disabled.
Flexible Communication and Expansion
RS-485 port allows connection of optional Bluetooth, Wi-Fi or 4G modules for remote monitoring. Dry contact supports connection to fuel generator or mains power supply. The controller complies with EMC CLASS B, FCC Part 15 Subpart B standards and is certified according to EN/IEC62109-1.
