Advanced MPPT charge controller with high charging current for medium and larger solar systems.
The IT10415NC G3 solar charge controller represents a powerful solution for charging and discharging batteries in solar systems with 12/24/48 V voltage. With a maximum charging and discharging current of 100 A and support for two independent PV inputs, it can efficiently manage power up to 5,200 W in a 48V system.
The controller excels with peak MPPT efficiency of 99.5% and conversion efficiency of 98.6%, ensuring maximum utilization of solar energy. The robust metal housing with IP43 rating (with cover) or IP32 (without cover) allows installation in demanding conditions. It supports a wide range of battery types including LiFePO4, Li(NiCoMn)O2, AGM, Gel, and flooded with a three-stage charging algorithm to extend service life.
Advanced features and protection
The controller offers comprehensive electronic protection against overload, short circuit, overheating, and overvoltage. The dry contact function allows connection of a generator or grid. Built-in data logging records operational data, events, and performance statistics in real time.
Flexible communication and monitoring
Through the RS-485 port, optional Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, or 4G modules can be connected for remote monitoring and control. The CAN interface supports parallel operation of up to 6 controllers with or without batteries. BMS communication ensures reliable charging and discharging management of lithium batteries (direct communication with EPEVER batteries, for others a BMS-LINK module is required).
Wide range of operating conditions
The controller operates in a temperature range of -25 °C to +60 °C with automatic power derating above 40 °C. The LCD display functions in the range of -20 °C to +70 °C. The unit is certified according to EN/IEC62109-1, EMC standards EN61000-6-1/3, FCC Part 15 Class B, and meets RoHS requirements.
