The ESM-620T solar panel utilizes the latest TOPCon N-type technology with monocrystalline cells to achieve peak efficiency of up to 23.99%. The panel with 620 Wp power features 144 Half-cell cells (6×22) in an elegant all-black Full Black design, ensuring aesthetic appearance and excellent performance parameters.
Thanks to N-type technology, the panel exhibits significantly lower degradation than traditional P-type panels – linear power decline is only 0.4% annually from the 2nd to 30th year. The panel is resistant to PID effect (Potential Induced Degradation) and minimizes losses caused by LID/LETID. Robust construction with 3.2mm tempered glass and black aluminum frame ensures mechanical resistance of 5400 MPa on the front side and 2400 MPa on the back side.
Electrical parameters under standard test conditions (STC)
The panel achieves maximum power of 620 W at voltage at maximum power point (Vmp) 43.34 V and current (Imp) 14.31 A. Open circuit voltage (Voc) is 52.26 V and short circuit current (Isc) 14.88 A. Under NOCT conditions 800 W/m2, 20 °C and wind speed 1 m/s, the panel achieves power of 469 W.
Multiple busbar and Half-cell technology
The use of multiple busbars and Half-cell technology increases light utilization and current collection capability, thereby effectively improving panel performance and reliability. Splitting cells in half reduces resistive losses and improves panel behavior under partial shading.
Robust construction for demanding conditions
The panel is designed for operation in demanding climatic conditions with an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C. Tempered glass with a thickness of 3.2 mm protects cells from mechanical damage and weather effects. Black aluminum frame ensures structural strength and easy installation.
