Ultra-compact travel router for secure extension of your UniFi network anywhere in the world.
The UniFi Travel Router UTR is an elegant solution for professionals and travelers who need secure connectivity on the go. The router connects to any hotel, office, or public Wi-Fi network and creates a secure private network with features you're accustomed to from your home UniFi infrastructure. With integrated Teleport VPN support, you get encrypted access to your home network, and the Auto Link feature keeps your wireless cameras and smart devices online.
The device supports the Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) standard with 2 × 2 MIMO configurations on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. Compact dimensions of 95.95 × 65 × 12.5 mm and weight of just 89 g allow for easy transport in a pocket or backpack. The router is equipped with a 1.14" status display for quick connection status checks and two gigabit Ethernet ports for wired connectivity.
Easy connection to public networks
The router easily connects to any available Wi-Fi network through the UniFi mobile app. If the network uses a captive portal (login page), the app automatically opens it on your mobile device to complete authentication. Standard Wi-Fi networks with open access or WPA/WPA2 security are supported.
Teleport VPN and Auto Link
After setting up the router, you can activate Teleport for encrypted connection to your home UniFi Gateway. The Auto Link feature automatically maintains connection of your wireless devices, such as IP cameras or smart home accessories, even when you're traveling.
Management and security
The router is fully manageable via the UniFi mobile app or Bluetooth. It offers advanced features such as port forwarding, firewall, and VPN client support. A dedicated button on the device body is used for factory reset.
