Server Dell PowerEdge R7615 je postaven na platformě AMD EPYC 9004 s podporou až 128 jader na procesor. Tato konkrétní konfigurace využívá procesor AMD EPYC 9254 s 24 jádry/48 vlákny na frekvenci 2,90 GHz a 128 MB cache. Díky architektuře s jedním socketem nabízí až o 50 % více jader než předchozí generace při zachování efektivního chlazení.
Server podporuje DDR5 paměť a PCIe Gen5 s dvojnásobnou rychlostí oproti Gen4. Konfigurace zahrnuje 32 GB DDR5 RDIMM paměť (2× 16 GB) a 480GB SSD SATA disk pro úložiště. Šasi umožňuje instalaci až 8× 3,5" hot-plug disků s podporou SAS/SATA rozhraní a maximální kapacitou 160 TB.

Rozšiřitelnost a konektivita
Server nabízí konfiguraci Riser Config 8 s 1× PCIe x16 Full Height slotem a 2× PCIe x8 Low Profile sloty. Standardně je osazen 2× 1 GbE LOM síťovými porty s možností rozšíření o OCP 3.0 mezzanine kartu. Pro grafické akcelerátory podporuje až 6× single-wide nebo 3× double-wide GPU s výkonem do 75 W respektive 300 W.
Správa a zabezpečení
Integrovaný kontrolér iDRAC9 Enterprise poskytuje kompletní vzdálenou správu včetně RESTful API s Redfish, Quick Sync 2 bezdrátového modulu a iDRAC Service Module. Zabezpečení zahrnuje AMD Secure Memory Encryption (SME), AMD Secure Encrypted Virtualization (SEV), kryptograficky podepsaný firmware a Secured Component Verification pro kontrolu hardwarové integrity.
