The IMOU AOV PT camera represents a top-tier solution for outdoor surveillance with support for both 4G and Wi-Fi connectivity, making it suitable for installation virtually anywhere—regardless of the availability of electricity or internet. With a powerful 10,000 mAh battery and an included 5 W solar panel, it offers long-term autonomous operation. Just 2 hours of daily sunlight can provide enough energy for up to 100 events per day.
The Always-on Video (AOV) technology intelligently manages power consumption by creating time-lapse videos from snapshots taken at set intervals while recording full videos upon motion detection. The camera offers 5MP QHD resolution (2880 × 1620 px) for detailed footage, and a PTZ function with 340° horizontal rotation and 90° tilt for wide-area coverage. Smart detection of people and vehicles utilizes Imou Sense technology for precise object recognition.
Always-on Video technology
The innovative AOV mode combines time-lapse snapshots captured at set intervals with full video recordings during detected events. This ensures continuous coverage with minimal power consumption, significantly extending battery life compared to standard battery-powered cameras.
Flexible network connectivity
The camera supports both 4G LTE connectivity (FDD bands B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20/B28, TDD bands B38/B40/B41) and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n with a range of up to 120 m in open space. This makes it ideal for locations without internet access or electricity.
