Yeastar P570 is a professional telephone system designed for 300 to 500 users with capacity for 60 to 120 simultaneous calls. The system offers a complete set of communication tools including advanced contact center features, integrated video conferencing, visual call management and ready-made integrations with platforms like Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, SMS and various CRM systems.
The PBX comes in 1U rackmount design with two Gigabit Ethernet ports and expansion capability for up to 16 FXS/FXO/BRI ports, 6 ports for 3G/4G and 2 E1/T1/J1 ports. The system supports automatic provisioning of more than 500 IP phone models and SIP trunks from 150+ providers worldwide. It also includes an NFC reader for easy management and SATA disk slot up to 2 TB for call recording.
Flexible deployment and management
The system is available in Appliance edition for on-premise installation with hybrid deployment option. Web administration offers clear dashboard, granular permissions, advanced reporting and remote management. Supports SNMP monitoring, LDAP server, Split DNS and network storage for backups.
Advanced call center features
Includes skill-based routing, queue callback, Queue Panel for agents, Wallboard for SLA monitoring, post-call survey and detailed call center reports. Optionally expandable with Outbound Call Center module with automatic dialing, DNC lists and campaign management.
Omnichannel communication
Integrated Live Chat, SMS integration, WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger in one interface. Supports bulk messaging (SMS and WhatsApp) and virtual fax with Fax to Email function and T.38 protocol.
Extended capabilities
Optionally available Hotel Management Module for hotel applications and integration with Hotel PMS systems. The system also supports AI features including text-to-speech, voicemail and call transcription (requires add-on service subscription).
