Compact industrial router designed for automation and production process control with native RS-485 interface.
The RUT145 router is specifically designed to connect RS-485 devices to IP networks in industrial applications. Thanks to its slim design with DIN rail mounting, it easily integrates into distribution boards and automation cabinets. The device runs on the RutOS operating system based on OpenWrt and provides advanced networking features including VPN, firewall, and remote management.
The router is equipped with a Mediatek 580 MHz MIPS 24KEc processor, 128 MB DDR2 RAM, and 16 MB NOR Flash storage. It supports Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n in both Access Point and Station modes and offers two 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports. The wide operating temperature range of -40 to +75 °C ensures reliable performance even in demanding industrial environments.
Installation is possible on a DIN rail, wall, or flat surface (wall and flat-surface mounting brackets are not included).
Advanced Networking Features
The router supports a wide range of networking protocols including DHCP, DNS over HTTPS, DDNS, QoS/SQM, and load balancing. The integrated firewall with advanced attack detection protects the network against unauthorized access.
Industrial Protocols and Integration
The device natively supports industrial protocols such as BacNET, OPC UA, Modbus, DNP3, and DLMS/COSEM. The Data to Server feature enables collection and conversion of industrial data for cloud applications.
Remote Management and Monitoring
Compatibility with the RMS platform ensures centralized management, configuration, monitoring, and firmware updates. It also supports MQTT, SNMP, TR-069, and JSON-RPC for integration with various management systems.
