PLANET IXT-815AT represents the smallest compact industrial 10G Ethernet media converter with dual SFP+ ports, delivering wire-speed performance and exceptional flexibility for extending 10 Gigabit Ethernet in demanding industrial environments. The device supports both single-mode and multi-mode fiber optic conversion and enables cascading for extended transmission distances.
The converter features a robust IP30 metal housing with redundant power supply system and a wide operating temperature range from -40 to +75°C. It also supports 10GPON to 10G Ethernet bridge functionality and is compatible with XGS-PON and GPON ONT SFP modules for maximum deployment versatility.
Advanced Network Features
The device supports transparent IEEE 802.1Q VLAN tagging and multicast pass-through for seamless integration into tagged network environments. It also implements IEEE 802.3x flow control for efficient data flow management and packet loss prevention.
