MikroTik NetMetal ax je výkonný venkovní access point s dlouhým dosahem, navržený pro mimořádnou odolnost. Díky kompaktnímu pouzdru, které můžete otevřít a zavřít jednou rukou, jej lze snadno instalovat téměř kdekoli. Stupeň krytí dle IP66 zajišťuje, že bude zařízení v bezpečí před prachem i proudy vody.
Access point je vybaven dvoujádrovým procesorem ARM, gigabitovým portem Ethernet, 2,5gigabitovým SFP slotem pro připojení optických vláken, portem USB a volným slotem miniPCIe, který umožňuje další přizpůsobení. Můžete například přidat modem LTE pro záložní mobilní internet či bránu pro nastavení LoRa IoT.
Výkonná dvoupásmová Wi-Fi 6 nabízí oproti předchozím bezdrátovým protokolům vyšší rychlost, stabilitu, zabezpečení, roaming, správu napájení a další funkce. Dva konektory RP-SMA umožňují přidání antény dle vlastního výběru. V případě potřeby můžete zařízení NetMetal ax upravit pro použití na nižší vzdálenosti pomocí takových antén, jako je například šroubovací všesměrová anténní jednotka HGO-antenna-OUT.
